Participant information!

If you are planning to attend Civil War Days at Strathearn Historical Park and Museum on February 2 & 3, 2019 as a PARTICIPANT, please carefully review the information that follows:

Participation fee $5 for all military and civilian participants; also vendors.

Participants will complete a liability release form that is available here in PDF form. Feel free to print and fill in the release form. Release forms will be available at the event.

Re-enactors planning to camp on site must have a confirmation from the Civilian coordinator or Civil War Coordinator (see contact information below) due to limited space at the site.

All vendors/sutlers, historical displays,etc. must contact and receive a confirmation from Civil War Days chairperson (Linda Bosley) due to limited space at the site.

Participants and vendors can set up after 12 noon on Friday, February 1, 2019

Walk-ons and Day Trippers are welcome and will pay $5 and complete release form at the recruitment fly near park entrance. All participants will wear a wrist band.

Dinner and dance is planned for participants on Saturday night

Dinner will be catered by Chuys West in Simi Valley for $9 per person.

Dinner must be paid for in advance by Saturday, February 2 at 12pm.

Dinner will include the following:

Chicken and Tri-tip
Rice, beans and cole slaw
Tortilla chips and salsa
Dinner rolls
Bottled water
