Hi, my name is Vicki
Lorraine Baker and I've been a docent for the Strathearn
Historical Park for five years now. I came to Simi Valley in
1986 after being born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles
County, California. My family and I came to Simi Valley so that
we could enjoy having our Arabian Horses in our own 2 acre
backyard. I've been a Yoga instructor for 12 years with my own
private studio which I enjoy very much. I've also lived in the
Happy Camp Canyon area of Moorpark. It is a most beautiful place
to ride and enjoy the scenery. The Strathearns also had a second
home there which they called Little Simi.
You can also find me volunteering at the Treasure Hunter's Boutique in the Simi Valley Mall. All the profits benefit the Simi Valley Community Foundation. My main interests are yoga, horses, reading and gardening. I'd love to show you around our park on the second Sunday of the month. Vicki |
